Subtracting with regrouping

1. We always, always, ALWAYS start in the 1s 
2. Subtract the 1s. Bottom Bigger, Better Borrow (BBBB)
     Regroup if needed
3. When you are finished with the 1s, move to the 10s.
4. Subtract the 10s.
